Estate agents may advertise in the paper, or in their shop window, but this property owner tried something a bit more eye-catching to sell his property. To promote this new-build industrial unit near Walsall, they decided to offer a spot of Axe Throwing to potential interested clients, in what was probably the most thrilling property viewing ever.

As a result, this makes for a great spectacle. It’s not everyday that you see an axe throwing trailer parked up inside an industrial building, but that’s exactly what happened. As you can see in our photo gallery below, we have picked out a selection of the best highlights from the day, from the owner enjoying a round of Hammerschlagen with his own guests, to a queue of excited potential buyers forming round our trailer to try their hand at throwing axes, many for the first time.

Furthermore, we decided to shake things up by offering a prize of a TimberJacks branded tee for the highest scorer, and bringing out our Smashing Apples game, where throwers try their hardest to smash hanging apples to pieces.

Overall, we felt that the event was a success amongst all attendees and we would encourage anyone selling a property in the future to give this a try for themselves!
